The new Graco H-VR Reactor Spray Foam Proportioner

The newest member of Graco's Reactor line of proportioners is the Reactor H-VR. The H-VR is an easy-to-operate variable ratio hydraulic proportioner designed for unique applications. The H-VR is a feature-rich unit:

Allows for applications that require a range or difference in volumetric ratio
Accomodates spray ratios from 1:1 to 2.5:1
Infinitely adjustable volume ratio
Easy to dial in and adjust the exact output of both A and B materials
Dispenses polyurethane foams and polyurea coatings
Built-in steel pallet for easy transport - includes casters

Designed for unique applications, the Reactor H-VR allows the end-user to spray infinitely variable volumetric ratios ranging between 1:1 and 2.5:1. Maximum fluid output will vary depending on ratio setting, ranging from 15 lbs/min (1.5 gal/min) at 1:1 ratio, to 10.0 lbs/min (1.0 gal/min) at 2.5:1 ratio.

The H-VR can handle materials that include spray foam, polyurea coatings, and specialty materials under applications such as those requiring a range or difference in volumetric ratios, test labs for material suppliers, or original equipment manufacturers.
